There’s no denying that Tom Daley has one of the finest bodies out there. Just look at it. It’s bloody perfect. But of course, as we know, that perfection comes from the hours and days of training Tom spends in preparation for his competitive dives.

But now the generous fella has taken to YouTube to offer us more traditional bodied fellas some tips on how to achieve a to-die-for physique without actually passing out from the work out.

In the short clip, Tom suggests a variety of easy exercises that should – over time – result in perfect abs and perky pecs including sit-ups, toe touches, bicycles and bum lifts.
