Michelle Obama is a legend! Official. If truth be told, we’ve actually always had something of a soft spot for the First Lady as she’s always been so sassy and stylish and nothing like you’d expect a president’s wife to be. But her recent appearance on James Corden’s Car Pool Karaoke has catapulted her to gay legend status and left us gagging with glee.
Not only was she dressed and coiffed immaculately when she climbed into the car, she went onto own Steve Wonder’s Signed Sealed Delivered. Blasting out the lyrics and grooving away in her seat, you could tell that this wasn’t just a choreographed PR stunt, that she really is a good time gal who loves to rock to her favourite tunes.
And then, of course, there was Single Ladies. Wow! Just watch ‘Chelle go! She had the lyrics down, some sassy looks were thrown, she even popped her collar. And the handography? Hell, it was simply sublime. Bey – you better watch your back girl! It was a joy to watch.
