So Hollywood has raided its archives yet again and decided to make another version of Tarzan. Excited? Nah, neither were we. Until, that is, we saw who had been cast in the lead role – gorgeous Alexander Skarsgard.
As you can see from the pic above, Al makes the perfect jungle dweller; pert pecs, astonishing six pack and long tousled locks. But where the hell is T’s loin cloth? Let’s hope those Hollywood types haven’t taken away the pleasure of gawping at some meaty thighs! That’s just cruel.
While we might be just a little bit more excited about the prospect of watching this often told tale of a jungle boy swinging through the trees, searching his Jane, we can’t help but think back to that moment when saucy Alexander got tongue-tangled and sweaty with scrummy Ryan Kwanten on cult vampire series True Blood. It may have been Ryan’s character’s fantasy, but it was most certainly one of the most stirring scenes ever seen on the box! Swoon! Then check out the trailer for Tarzan further down!
